We are a small pre-school in the heart of the remote island of S. Meedhoo in the Maldives.

With a student population of 50 students and 10 staff, we are striving to bring these kids in to life with a strong foundation of basic education with a good understanding of the basics of life. Although Meedhoo is a small island it place in the history of Maldives is quite significant the aim of Shareefee is to help Meedhoo maintain its reputaion in this respect and excel it further.

When these kids go to the primary school after spending two years with us, most of them will be able to read and write at a basic level. They will be able to reflect on what they learnt with us and easily progress in their studies.
